With her hair tied up in a chic ponytail, Kimmy ensured all attention was on her smokin' hot figure as she arrived at the hottest event in the showbiz calendar.
The star teamed her sassy sheer gown, which featured a heavily feathered train, with a pair of heels and a glowing tan.
Kimmy wore a pair of diamond drop earrings, which complimented the crystal embellishment on her dress.

The star attempts some PDA-ing

Kim's hubby Kanye opted for a velvet suit and no shirt, showing off an inch of two of his smooth chest.
The rapper looked less than impressed as he waited for his lady to have her picture taken on the red carpet.
At one stage, Kim attempted to engage in some serious PDA-ing eye contact, and Kanye just looked at her glumly.
Luckily her man was on hand to help her get up the stairs - as that could have been tricky.

 

Once inside the call, the couple were seen hanging out with some of the hottest names in the house.
