The 2015 Lagos Carnival holds today May 9, 2015, Saturday.
For the sixth year running, colour, glamour and splendid displays took the centre stage as a crowd of excited ‘Lagosians’ and foreign tourists thronged the streets for the Lagos Carnival 2015.
Guests from all walks of life watched with excitement as the different groups representing different areas and groups participated in a colourful carnival procession amidst cheers and applause by the appreciative audience.
In the past, the Lagos Carnival was held during the Easter weekend, on Easter Monday.
However the 36 adult groups performed.
